Great at crafting campaigns? Dab hand at content creation that generates leads? Know how to manage a successful marketing team? Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in the UK and lead their marketing strategy.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be leading the way in marketing activities, from strategic direction, to campaign execution, to content creation. You’ll manage a team of talented marketers to really get our client's brand and products out there.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Developing and owning strategic marketing plans
- Managing content creation
- Implementing multi-channel campaigns
- Driving lead generation through campaigns and content
- Reporting on ROI
- Creating and owning the marketing budget
You’ll also be managing a team, that comes with its own set of responsibilities – from ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, to supporting their professional development and helping them thrive.
A bit about you
Experience at marketing management level is the main thing you’ll need to have for this role, as they’re looking for someone who can lead a team and develop and implement market-specific creative marketing strategies. As well as that, they’re also looking for someone who:
- Has experience with marketing campaigns that deliver ROI
- Understands how marketing impacts customers and the business
- Knows their way around a CRM system
- Has previous experience with marketing automation
- Can build, mentor and manage a successful marketing team
- Knows how to work with sales to generate leads
- Thinks creatively
- Is great at applying brand/TOV guidelines
If you’ve got experience working in a software/SaaS environment, then that’s a bonus!
