Our client is looking for someone with significant experience in the commercial healthcare industry to take on this role as the Professional Services Marketing Manager. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work as part of a strategic marketing division on an international level.

The product division this role will be responsible for includes a portfolio of high-value automation systems within hospital and pharmacy environments alongside a portfolio of infusion delivery devices.  Their technology is unrivalled and is focused on reducing medication errors, dispensing errors and delays and inventory management which ultimately has an impact on patient safety and experience, alongside the healthcare professional's user experience.
 

The role

This role will involve visiting current and prospective customers across hospital, clinic and retail pharmacy environments to understand and define their workflow and processes. Once their needs for safe and efficient medication management processes have been defined - you will work in collaboration to build the marketing message behind the value proposition and support localised teams to effectively implement and deliver this.
Other responsibilities include:

  • Act as the Marketing lead for the product launch of Professional Services 
  • Plan and deliver co-marketing programmes in collaboration with a regional commercial organisation 
  • Responsible for the rollout of the strategy and progress monitoring and management, including designing and implementing corrective actions for underperforming KPIs 
  • Proactively works with Key Opinion Leaders and the Solution Management teams to anticipate customer needs and evolving requirements 
  • Expand Service Sales capabilities and related Sales processes to capture the value of the services for profitable growth 


The requirements
You’ll have significant experience (7-10 years) in Healthcare Sales and Marketing, as well as…

  • Strong affinity for processes, data and analysis 
  • Skilled in building value-added propositions and message to the market 
  • Critical thinker and self-motivated  
  • Sound understanding of LEAN methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) 
  • Comfortable interacting and presenting to customers  
  • Ability to collaborate with clear communication skills 
  • Experience of working on a European level across different healthcare systems
