What you’ll be doing
As a pivotal member of the sales team, reporting directly to the Solution Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and designing robust Track and Trace and Brand Protection solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals. Working closely with the Sales team, you will support pre-sales activities, translating customer requirements into innovative solutions leveraging the company’s technology.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Participate in up-skilling and product training programs to enhance team capabilities
- Interpret customer requirements and contribute to the development of tailored company solutions
- Craft comprehensive proposals and accurate project quotes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Contribute to the creation of technical design documents and actively participate in RFI/RFPresponses
- Assist in designing and documenting business processes, identifying suitable configurations, integration points and event triggers
- Support the handover of solution designs to Professional Services or partners for implementation
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our client's software solutions
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the USA and may involve approximately 40% of travel, both domestically and internationally.
You’ll have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Computer, Software, or Automation. Practical engineering experience with Cloud-Based Solutions is preferred.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a customer-facing sales support role
- Familiarity with packaging systems, anti-counterfeit solutions, or Track and Trace technology
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and pharmaceutical packaging regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in reading, parsing, and manipulating various technical formats including XML, JSON and CSV
- Working knowledge of Python, JSON structures, XSLT stylesheets, REST APIs, and Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, etc.)
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers and possessing effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
