Our client is looking for someone with significant experience in the government sector to be their frontline salesperson to drive sales and generate opportunities for different types of customers. The role
In this role, your primary responsibility will be promoting customer satisfaction through regular contact and management of their expectations. As well you will create and grow customer relationships by coordinating/participating in seminars and similar industry events. 
Other responsibilities include:

  • Visit end users, distributors and organisations 
  • Organise the supply chain with the in-matrix organization 
  • Win new key accounts with an existing end customer network in the military, police, organizations, cities, municipalities, etc. segment 
  • Conduct complex project negotiations  
  • Coordinate and manage pricing with end users and feature groups 
  • Develop action plans to increase revenue in line with growth goals 


The requirements
You'll have 5+ years of experience selling PPE into the military, police or government sector, as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Existing HSE end-customer network at major customers 
  • Passionate about customer visits 
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction  
  • Core understanding of key sales principles
