What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll play a key role within the sales team, where your main responsibilities will include building strong client relationships and understanding their business challenges to deliver tailored software solutions that meet their specific needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries
- Gaining in-depth product knowledge to effectively present the company’s software solutions
- Managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Collaborating internally to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings
- Enhancing your industry presence by attending client meetings, conferences, and trade shows
A bit about you
- Ideally, you’re based in or near Germany.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and solid knowledge of relevant software solutions.
- Key skills we’re looking for include:
- A strong ability to build rapport and consistently close deals (Hunter Mentality)
- A flexible mindset for learning complex software products and their benefits
- Sufficient understanding of salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German)
- Experience with Pharma and Track and trace or other packaging automation experience
- Ability to tailor presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
