What you’ll be doing
In this position, you will use your natural relationship building skills to ensure that customers understand the value of the software and achieve their business outcomes. You will support Customer Success Managers to manage customer experiences from discovering challenges to optimising workflows to create loyal customers who renew and expand.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Building strong, loyal relationships with customers
- Ensuring customers are achieving business outcomes, ROI and value
- Evaluating risk for each customer and drive retention
- Driving adoption by getting all stakeholders engaged
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the US (with 10% travel as needed)
You’ll have 6+ years of experience in the construction industry and 3+ years as a successful scheduler or project controls professional. Both of which will contribute to you having the sufficient qualifications to thrive within this role.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- High level of communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in changing situations and times of uncertainty
- Interest in learning about technology
- Exceptional prioritisation skills
- Experience in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Degree educated in a relevant field
