Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for B2B SaaS sales? We are seeking a Head of Sales to drive company growth across Saudi Arabia.

What you’ll be doing
You will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and success by leading and managing a high-performing sales team of Account Executives and Account Managers in Saudi Arabia.

You also participate in sales processes, oversee pipeline reviews, manage reporting and create systems to manage key sales metrics.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this: 

  • Ensure opportunities are advancing and being managed 
  • Oversee the reporting of sales processes 
  • Manage key sales metrics, including conversion rates 
  • Manage and grow a team and support the development of existing accounts 
  • Serve as a strategic partner to customers 
  • Generate customer success stories and referrals  
  • Build and maintain strong customer-centric relationships  

A bit about you 
This is an office-based role in Riyadh.

The ideal individual will have a proven success as an individual contributor and a minimum of 3-5 years in sales management. It is also a significant bonus if you are fluent in Arabic and have a background in the construction or logistics technology sector!

A few other key skills we are looking for: 

  • Familiar with IoT or industrial technology  
  • Experienced in selling SaaS software business models 
  • A natural communicator and excellent networking skills 
  • Expertise in managing teams using CRM software 
  • Can effectively lead a team to success  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment  
  • Valid driver’s license
