What you’ll be doing
As Head of Pre-sales, you will be essential to our client’s commercial operations. You will be critical in understanding the complex challenges being faced by the largest customers and identifying potential solutions for the sales team to deliver.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Supporting the sales team in accelerating the sales cycle, providing technical support in the bidding process as well as proposal development
• Preparing presentations that will be delivered to key customers, highlighting the value proposition in an effective way
• Leading discussions with potential clients, gaining a complete understanding of their unique challenges
• Capturing and sharing key insights from the market and relaying this to the sales team to capitalise on these opportunities
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK and a commutable distance away from Watford. You will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week.
You’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales environment, as well as proven success in HR technology.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• A deep understanding of HR solutions and Workforce Management software solutions is crucial for success in this role
• Strong capability to translate key product features into business benefits, particularly when speaking with C-suite and senior management
• Outstanding presentation abilities, including being able to tailor your presentation to technical and non-technical audiences
