What you’ll be doing
As Head of Sales for new business, you will be leading the sales strategy and execution across the ANZ region, with a key focus on expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Crafting and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors
• Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
• Fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Leading client engagements, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring a customer-centric approach
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the ANZ region with the willingness to travel when required to do so.
You’ll have a minimum of 10 years’ sales experience, 5 of those also being in a leadership role within Mining, Utilities, and Construction.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of the software sales cycle and value proposition
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams
• Experience leading teams of at least 8 direct sellers, focusing on mid-size and enterprise customers
