Are you a driven, strategic sales leader with a passion for medical technology? Our client is seeking a Head of Inside Sales to lead their dynamic inside sales team at a cutting-edge surgical ophthalmic laser company. 
  
What you’ll be doing 
You’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team of three inside sales representatives. You will define and execute the inside sales strategy, turning leads and data into actionable insights and delivering an outreach program that maximises revenue generation. This is a key leadership role that combines management, strategy, and hands-on execution.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development
  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and execute an outreach program that targets key decision-makers, converting opportunities into revenue
  • Leverage data and insights to turn leads into actionable sales opportunities
  • Ensure efficient lead qualification, nurturing, and closing processes
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other sales teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Germany.

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in inside sales leadership, ideally within the medical technology or surgical device industry.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Understanding of the inside sales funnel, with a track record of driving revenue through strategic lead management and outreach
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to extract insights and optimise sales processes
  • Experienced in defining and delivering successful sales strategies in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
