The company

Supporting some of the largest and most progressive utilities globally, our client is a leading provider of AI-powered solutions covering the inspection and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Their software solution revolutionises the operation of Power Utilities and transmission and distribution networks. 

The role

As Head of Customer Success, you will ensure the highest level of satisfaction and retention among the international client base. Your experience guiding large organisations through business transformations will ensure you excel in this role.  

You will also: 

  • Design and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy 
  • Build and lead a high-performing customer success team 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and strategic discussions 
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle 
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement  
  • Develop scalable processes, systems, and best practices 
  • Establish key performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness

You’ll have a proven track record of success in a customer success leadership role (preferably in a start-up transitioning to a scale-up environment), as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant proven experience 
  • Asset-management and/or Power Transmission and Distribution industry experience 
  • Confident when building rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in data analysis tools  
  • Leadership ability with experience in building and managing high-performing teams 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Proficient in other languages considered a strong asset
