What you’ll be doing
You will inspire, lead and coach a dynamic and fast-paced sales team. Managing productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating a high potential Account Management sales team
- Collaborate with other business functions including Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations and People Experience to attract, develop and retain a high performing sales team
- Coach the team to be proficient in sales best practices; running regular coaching sessions and deal reviews with the team ensuring delivery against target
- Support the sales team with client meetings, presentations, negotiations and contract agreements
- Ensure exceptional Salesforce hygiene to track customer activity, pipeline management and forecasting
- Participate in a weekly forecast meeting with the VP of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Sweden.
You’ll have 5+ years of experience building, developing, growing, and managing Account Management teams covering mid-market and enterprise segments.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Well-versed in deal coaching and value-based, SaaS solution selling
- A genuine interest and excitement in striving toward ambitious goals, hiring and rallying a team around those goals
- A methodical approach to existing customer growth with Account Planning at the core
- Track record in developing existing customer growth strategies and tactics
- Demonstrate commitment, loyalty and appreciation for the organisation. Conveys a high-level of concern for all employees, while helping to ensure that both their needs and those of the organisation are met
