What you’ll be doing 
As an Account Manager, your primary aim will be to identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts and developing new, strategic relationships across your region.  

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross selling our client’s range of SaaS solutions to existing customers
•    Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding customer needs
•    Negotiating and closing contracts that ensure mutual value for all parties involved
•    Staying informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the ANZ region and be willing to travel throughout this region when required

You’ll have at least 2 years of proven experience within Mining, Utilities, or Construction.

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Great understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation, and closing deals
•    Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
•    Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the ability to understand the technical aspects of our clients’ offerings
