What you’ll be doing
You’ll drive significant revenue growth within a select portfolio of large enterprise accounts. This strategic role focuses on deepening existing customer relationships and expanding the company's footprint within these key accounts. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, drive cross-selling opportunities, and land new departments across the enterprise.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Exceed software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales
- Lead primary and secondary account teams
- Develop short and long-term growth and renewal strategies across your customer base
- Build & maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at all levels
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and landing new departments
- Manage & close complex sales cycles, including needs analysis, solution design, and contract negotiation
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track KPI’s
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Germany and have fluency in both English and German.
You’ll have 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Experience using MEDDICC and solution selling methodologies
- Demonstrated experience building & maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Proven ability to drive cross-selling and land new departments within existing customer organisations
- Expertise in developing and executing complex sales cycles and closing large, strategic deals
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
