What you’ll be doing
You will lead a global team of Program, Project Management, Project Engineering and Field Engineering individuals. You will be accountable for the strategy, forecast management and execution and ensure excellent communication and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities look a little like this:
- Recruit and retain strong leaders, attract high-potential individual contributors
- Cultivate collaboration within the team
- Develop a global growth strategy
- Improve attach rates and Service Revenue
- Collaborating with key customers and partners
- Manage and deliver the global Service revenue
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the East Coast of the US and be comfortable travelling for work (up to 25%).
You’ll be an expert in Software/Hardware products, holding a successful track record of accelerating revenue growth including owning and managing a P&L for services.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
- Experience with agile service delivery methods, developing, operationalising and leveraging automation for service playbooks to drive repeatability and to scale margins
- A track record in relationship-building
- Experience in selling Professional Services and collaborating with Sales teams
- Can successfully generate client leads, landing and expanding business, while securing deals
