The role
You will prepare solutions based on customer requirements, support account managers, make follow-up calls and provide high-quality customer service.  
Other responsibilities include:

  • Build opportunities pipeline and analyse competitor solutions 
  • Lead local strategic campaigns 
  • Generate qualified leads 
  • Support account managers in reaching decision-makers 
  • Use CRM tools to record and input customer information 
  • Support revenue and profit growth strategies 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 

The requirements
They require you to have 3+ years of work experience in a similar role, as well as…

  • Deep knowledge of BMS / automation / HVAC market
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Display motivation to progress your career  
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic workplace  
  • English and Romanian language skills are a must  
  • Proven operational and organizational competencies 
  • An individual that shows clear signs of leadership attributes
