We have a really great opportunity for someone with strong experience in customer facing sales positions to champion the customer experience in a company having a big impact on the future of energy. Our client are looking for a Customer Success Manager to come in and build strong, trusted, and influential relationships with customers and organisations in the market.

What you’ll be doing
As Customer Success Manager, you be responsible for building strong, trusted, and influential relationships with key customers and organisations in the market.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Gaining an understanding of the value that drives customers’ decision to choose our clients range of products
• Offering tailored advice and insights to customers and internal sales teams
• Day-to-day management and execution of Customer Success programs
• Ongoing two-way dialogue with customers regarding improvements to engagement and use of products/services
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Houston, Texas.
You’ll have 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing sales role or technical position.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Experience in management and delivery of SaaS level solutions and services, preferably in the Oil and gas industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, ideally a Master’s degree as well in a business-related subject
• Strong experience managing support and onboarding initiatives
• Proven ability to build a world-class team
• Goal-driven, roll your sleeves up personality with the ability to act calm under pressure
