The role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in both growing the business and delivering the best possible value to its customers. Through constant customer contact, you will help to develop potential growth opportunities through the customer journey and feedback. 
Other responsibilities include:

  • Onboard and educate customers in the Benelux region 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients  
  • Work closely with the sales managers and colleagues in the CS team 
  • Actively shape the strategy and roadmap of the products  

The requirements

5-10 years of experience in the AEC industry in a Customer Success capacity, as well as…

  • A strong understanding and technical appreciation for BIM 
  • An open and honest communication style 
  • Customer-oriented  
  • Enjoys working with new technologies and is passionate about developments in the space 
  • Courageous, enthusiastic, and competent  
  • You have the know-how and enjoy communicating this with customers 
  • English and Dutch language skills  
  • Comfortable with professional travel and visits to trade fairs
