We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be a catalyst for our client’s success by ensuring customer health, driving adoption and maximising value realisation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and analytical skills to deliver measurable Gross Retention results.

What you’ll be doing
The Customer Success Manager will serve as a dedicated advocate for strategic Power and Renewables clients throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is instrumental in driving customer retention and contributing significantly to the company’s long-term growth and success.

Your day to day might look a little like this: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Manage and execute CS programs to improve key metrics 
  • Communicate customer needs and value requirements to the leadership team 
  • Identify and address customer challenges 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 


A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Houston, Texas.

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in SaaS or energy industry.

A few other key skills we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships 
  • Strong project management and change management skills 
  • Analytical and customer-first mindset 
  • Strong collaboration skills  
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
