What you’ll be doing
The Customer Success Manager will serve as a dedicated advocate for strategic Power and Renewables clients throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is instrumental in driving customer retention and contributing significantly to the company’s long-term growth and success.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and execute CS programs to improve key metrics
- Communicate customer needs and value requirements to the leadership team
- Identify and address customer challenges
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Houston, Texas.
You’ll have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in SaaS or energy industry.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Analytical and customer-first mindset
- Strong collaboration skills
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
