A bit about our client, and what they can offer you
Our client is an exciting vendor of solutions that enable drone technology to be leveraged in the AEC, mining, and waste management sectors. Their solutions - which enable data to be collected, processed and presented on-site – are making waves across the global reality capture space.  

What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure customers maximize the value of the client’s hardware and software, driving satisfaction and long-term success. Collaborating with internal teams and dealers, you'll support clients across construction, mining, aggregates, and landfill industries, identifying upsell opportunities and minimizing churn.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this: 

  • Support customers throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to training, platform use, renewals, and expansions 
  • Collaborate with regional dealers to ensure seamless customer support 
  • Work with the hardware support team to resolve technical issues prompt 
  • Reduce customer churn, expand accounts, and assist account management with contract renewals 
  • Communicate customer needs to product and engineering teams, including feature requests and bug reporting
  • Attend team meetings, contribute to quarterly goals, and enhance efficiency by improving processes and documentation 
  • Partner with sales for smooth post-sales handovers and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion 

A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Germany.

You’ll have at least 2 years of experience managing customer accounts at a SaaS company and can demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional service and prevent customer churn.

A few other key skills our client is looking for: 

  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies with strong technical skills 
  • Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for clients with diverse technical backgrounds 
  • Experience in construction, aggregates, mining, or landfill technologies is a plus 
  • Proficient in remote troubleshooting 
  • Data-driven and proactive in supporting customer needs 
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in customer service via multiple channels
