Our client is now on the hunt for a talented Engineer with experience in the fast-paced racing industry to take on this role and deliver high-quality results centred around the design of key parts, tooling and components.

The role
In this position, you will design parts, work with tooling and components aimed towards the targets and deliverables set by the relevant Senior Design Engineer and Project Planning office and ensure you meet the necessary quality standards. As well as collaborating with other design sections along with representatives from other departments such as Aero, Race Engineering and more.

Minimum 3 years of composite design experience in F1 or another high-performance environment, as well as…
- Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques & latest materials technology
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar
- Demonstrate Engineering best practice
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working under pressure with a flexible approach to maintain demanding design deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Mentor and set an example for junior members of staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
