We are seeking a high-energy and results-oriented Commercial Pricing Manager to build our client’s pricing function. If you are confident in your knowledge within enterprise software in a deal desk or commercial pricing role, then this may be the right job for you!

What you’ll be doing 

You will be responsible for developing data-driven pricing recommendations while managing high-value, complex deal reviews through a structured approval process. This role is critical in a business environment characterised by lower volume but highly complex enterprise deals.

You will play a crucial role in executing pricing strategies and managing complex deal approvals for the company's enterprise SaaS solutions.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for enterprise SaaS products
  • Analyse deal and pricing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Create commercial frameworks for new products and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead the deal review process for complex, multi-product enterprise deals
  • Coordinate cross-functional deal reviews involving Legal, Finance and Product teams
  • Create monthly reporting on deal desk metrics and pricing effectiveness
  • Provide commercial insights to support product packaging decisions
  • Maintain deal desk playbooks and approval matrices

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK.

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in commercial pricing and/or deal desk roles in enterprise software.


A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience managing complex deal approval processes
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
