Our client are searching for a new Clinical Support Specialist to sell their Vascular portfolio across the Midlands and East Anglia. If you’ve got previous experience working in a clinical support role and have a knack for building long-term relationships with key customers, then this could be the opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing
As Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll be travelling around your region to sell our clients Vascular portfolio and providing hands-on support and education to doctors.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Developing an excellent knowledge of the products you are selling and any related devices. You will be a product expert in the field.
• Providing top quality service to clinical customers, including case planning, being present in the OR, and presenting new technologies
• Feedback market insight gathered from the field to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintaining active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians
• Working with the Account Specialist to meet (and exceed) objectives set by management
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Midlands or East Anglia, UK and are able to travel around the West Midlands throughout your working week including overnight stays.
You’ll have previous experience working in clinical support and have an eye for interpreting clinical data.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable for this role
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills; building relationships is a key aspect of this role
• Proven problem-solving skills, as well as being a very organised worker
• A high level of self-motivation and drive to achieve ambitious targets
• Excellent numeric skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
