Clinical Support Specialist - Cheshire

What you’ll be doing
Your role in the company will be to manage and grow your territory with a focus on clinical support with the main outcome to achieve customer satisfaction.

Your day to day might look a little like this: 

• Generate leads for sales representatives  
• Promote the correct use of products and instruments  
• Report any product issues, safety alerts, recalls and any problem relating to product management 
• Organize and conduct trainings, surgical/theatre participation and workshops 
• Keep up to date with industry trends and news

A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in the North West, UK.

The ideal candidate should have solid customer-facing experience, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, teamwork, and a customer-first approach, are essential.
