Our client is a specialist distributor of pioneering healthcare solutions, providing an extensive, high-quality range of clinical specialities in both the NHS and the Private sector. Holding a portfolio which supports a wide array of theatre-based products, however they have particular expertise in Upper GI, Bariatric, Burns, Plastic and Breast Surgery.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide expert clinical support and guidance during surgical procedures, ensuring optimal use of the full product portfolio in the operating theatre. Collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through to successful closure.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Provide hands-on, in-theatre support and guidance to clinical teams, ensuring optimal use of the product portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to support sales initiatives within your territory
- Deliver comprehensive product training and share in-depth knowledge with healthcare professionals
- Coordinate and oversee product evaluations and trials, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed
- Submit timely and detailed reports, updates, and documentation as required
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the North UK and are happy with a 90% Field Based / 10% Home or Office Based working split.
You’ll have 2+ years of clinical/theatre based experience. Plus, experience managing a high-performing sales territory and working with external stakeholders.

- Understanding of market opportunity to develop and implement a clear strategy
- Resilient attitude with an ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Able to use initiative and think logically to make decisions, supporting business objectives
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Strong motivation and leadership qualities
