What you’ll be doing
At the heart of this role are the customers you’ll look after. From the get-go, you’ll invest your time in the customer relationship and showcase how our client’s SaaS software is a perfect match for their wants and needs. The customer loyalty you’ll build will open doors for future collaboration.  
 
Your day to day might look a little like this: 

• Working to maintain an excellent renewal rate
• Liaising with Executives
• Acting as the voice of the customer
• Juggling and prioritising multiple tasks

A bit about you 
This is remote role, ideal for anyone based in the US.  
 
Our client is looking for someone who’s a natural at building relationships. You’ll have 3+ years of customer success experience under your belt, particularly within the ConTech space. 
 
A few other key skills we are looking for: 

• Experience with key stakeholders and consultants
• A flair for technical and non-technical communication
• Excited by smart technology
• Comfortable with being flexible
• Willing and able to travel
