What you’ll be doing 
As Business Development Manager, your main goal is to lead the delivery and expansion of our clients’ range of bespoke solutions across your dedicated region.  

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Developing strong rapport with key decision-makers to facilitate business development
•    Building new business by proactively using relationships and data to spot new opportunities
•    Engaging with regional thought leaders to maintain a strong market position
•    Successfully managing all stages of the sales life cycle, from customer interest to successful close
•    Managing a small, close-knit team to provide excellence customer experience and optimised results

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London and be able to travel into the Head Office most days.

You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in a sales management role in the Medtech space

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, science, sport, or any other related field
•    An autonomous manager that leads their team with integrity
•    Exceptional track record in sales with a proven ability to manage a commercial team
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
