We are seeking a dynamic B2B SaaS Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of our client’s cutting-edge software across the US.

The role 
In brief, your role can be summarized as driving the adoption of our innovative platform within the AEC industry, using your role can be summarised as driving the adoption of our innovative platform within the AEC industry, utilizing strategic sales techniques and outstanding relationship management skills. 
Other responsibilities include:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, demonstrating the unique value of our platform to a diverse range of clients 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in their operational success 
  • Engage in lead generation activities to create new sales opportunities within the resource and time constraints 
  • Identify new business opportunities, expanding our market reach and reinforcing our presence in the AEC industry 
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management that reflect your sales activities and pipeline 

The requirements
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven business is a must, as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Someone with desirable leadership qualities with the ability to be adaptable  
  • An individual with a strong track record of sales success 
  • Outstanding relationship management and strategic sales skills 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like SendPulse, HubSpot and/or Salesforce, and an understanding of SaaS metrics
