What you’ll be doing 
Within this role you’ll drive pipeline and revenue growth by identifying, engaging and nurturing relationships with Innovation leaders in Construction & Real Estate. You will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint, initially selling adoption services and transitioning customers to their upcoming AI platform. 

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Develop relationships with C-suite personas and Operational Excellence leaders in Construction & Real Estate
  • Pipeline growth - create and manage a steady stream of opportunities
  • Educate prospects on how the company delivers business transformation and fast technology adoption
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, working closely with the CEO and General Manager to successfully complete deals
  • Develop strong relationships with software vendors, (Procore, Autodesk etc.) create co-selling relationships and generate leads
 
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK and are willing to travel on occasion.
 
You’ll have 3+ years’ experience in SaaS sales cycles in Construction & Real estate.
 
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Experienced in different cold outreach methods, such as cold calling and email
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline & sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong networking skills and demonstrable experience in relationship-building
  • Highly Ambitious with a winner’s mentality and a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with great organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Real Estate, or related fields is a big plus
