What you’ll be doing
In short, as Business Development Manager you will be responsible for delivering against sales and rental targets for our client’s range of imaging equipment.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generating activities
• Growing and developing existing clients within the region, expanding active transactions and spending from accounts
• Attending exhibitions and marketing events to promote all aspects of our client’s brand and build relationships with industry partners
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales specialists and sales administrators, to maximise conversion of opportunities and closing sales
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the North of the UK with the ability to travel across the region for work.
You’ll have experience of working in and a technical knowledge of the radiology environment and in business development roles.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Experience in building and maintaining productive and commercially viable relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills,
• A flexible, creative, and sale-motivated worker that is able to work autonomously as well as a positive team player
• Ability to cope and function effectively when working in a pressured environment, demonstrating emotional resilience
