What you’ll be doing 
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for increasing and developing our client’s product portfolio sales across the Independent, Lab, Regional and National Channels in London, 

Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets 
  • Educating and training customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of the products
  • Providing technical and optical support 
  • Delivering excellent customer service 
  • Preparing and executing sales plans
  • Executing joint marketing promotions
  • Proactively developing own product, optical, and sales knowledge 

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based within a commutable distance of London.  

You will have field-based sales experience and/or experience in dispensing optics.  

A few other key skills we are looking for:

  • Familiar with the practice dispensing environment or optical retail
  • Proven commercial experience with evidence of high potential for B2B sales
  • Technical experience in manufacturing
  • Warm, professional, bubbly, and tenacious
  • Results-orientated and driven to succeed
  • A good relationship builder, persuasive and professional
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude, with a drive to succeed
