Our client are searching for a Bids & Contracts Specialist to take control over all of the contracts being issued throughout the company. You will ensure that all contracts are aligned with client and internal requirements, as well as meeting regulatory standards. What you’ll be doing 
As a Bids & Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping all contracts are aligned with client and internal requirements and meet regulatory standards.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Overseeing the day-to-day management of all contracts regarding the business, ensuring they adhere to terms and conditions
•    Maintaining contact with clients to understand any specific contract requirements and resolving any queries
•    Supporting the bids and tenders process by reviewing contractual documents and inputting on terms and conditions
•    Keeping a close eye on any relevant changes to legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements to ensure full compliance

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based a commutable distance away from London. You will be expected in office at least 3 days a week.

You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in contracts management, ideally in healthcare or a highly regulated sector.

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    A degree in Business, Law, or other related fields
•    An understanding of contract terminology, legal frameworks, and NHS procurement policies
•    A highly methodical, detail-oriented approach to work with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
•    Excellent communication skills. You need to convey complex terms clearly to all parties
•    Problem-solving is a key aspect of the role, so an analytical mind to review contract terms and identify solutions is crucial
