What you’ll be doing
Your role will oversee the sales process from lead qualification to closure, focusing on building relationships and providing tailored solutions. This position emphasizes OEE and will evolve to include CMMS. You’ll also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies, primarily based in Greater London with some remote work flexibility.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Conduct discovery calls and demos with prospects
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Close deals and achieve revenue targets
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong knowledge of the OEE and manufacturing accompanied with ideally a minimum of 3 years selling in this space.

- Experience in growth strategy for start-ups
- Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently
