What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for providing field-based support to the business’ territories, that need extra support for any or all of company surgical products. You will provide technical product support in surgery in accordance with company policy, whilst also holding responsibility for developing key customer relationships among physicians and nurses with a focus on education and/or territory sales development.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Provide clinical support and expertise for account independence
- Remain current on all company products, services and the competitive landscape
- Develop relationships with key physicians, nurses, administrators
- Work with Sales and Marketing team to develop surgeon training programs
- Maintain excellent customer service and response times
- Organize customer data, including consistent entering of daily activities
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the US and are able to travel up to 85% of the time.
You’ll have 1+ years’ experience of outside (B2B) sales. Plus, a bachelor’s degree in arts/ science.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff and sales
- Ability to be highly adaptable to complexity and change with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of company products and competitive market
- Understanding of Operating Room protocols
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives
