Want to play a crucial role in growing our client’s footprint within the digital identification and traceability solutions market? Our client are seeking a high energy, collaborative Aftermarket Account Manager to join their team in the North East USA.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the execution of the defined sales process to discover and define target account needs and map those to the company’s offerings. You will work collaboratively with a solution consultant to present and demonstrate the solutions and to propose the differentiated value of partnering with the business.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
  • Engage with multiple contacts at existing customers via telephone, email, web and in person meetings to uncover new opportunities
  • Define sales strategies and work collaboratively with sales support/management
  • Execute customer centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop high impact proposals which articulate the company’s differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partner
  • Manage and document sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities, and future planned activities
 
A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in the North East US.

You’ll have 3+ years sales experience (inside or outside sales)

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Sales experience in a SaaS and/or Cloud software environment
  • Experience selling into Pharma/Life Sciences, Packaging and Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Brand Protection Solutions
  • Success in the sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing sales
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and people skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
