Are you a natural problem solver with a creative mindset? If so then this could be the job for you, our client is looking for a talented individual to take on the Account Manager role and help drive growth in their expanding company.

The company
Our client is driving the industry’s adoption of solutions such as wearable technology and AI. Backed by a fresh round of investment, they’ve become a leading vendor for solutions aimed at accurately managing construction sites by mitigating inefficiencies and risk. Wearable technology in the construction market is still in its fledgling stages, however, this company are already working with some of the largest contractors and engineering firms globally due to the quality of the solution.

The role
In this role, you will assume responsibility for managing and nurturing our clients existing customer base. As well as ensuring the customers achieve their desired goals whilst at the same time driving growth for the company.  
Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with client stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with customers to understand the objectives, problems and thus aligning the company’s product to meet their needs effectively 
  • Pinpoint opportunities for upselling and expanding withing existing accounts 
  • Encourage product adoption 
  • Analyse data with respect to the success of the client adoption, and value generated for the customers, then plan to improve this 


The requirements

5+ years’ experience as an on-site construction manager or in an engineering consultancy, as well as…

  • Understanding of both project management and business processes in the construction industry 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to deliver high quality results both within a team and independently 
  • Experience using new technologies on site 
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
