We are supporting our client in their search for an Account Manager to join their fast-growing SaaS software company and increase new business sales for their cost and carbon estimating software.

The role
Within this position, you will achieve and exceed sales quotas by self-identifying prospects, building pipelines and developing and closing leads from the telemarketing team.  You will create a clear and consistent strategy and execute creative campaigns to increase market share. 
Other responsibilities include:

  • Utilising your solution selling and value selling techniques  
  • Building credibility and trust with customers to forge great relationships 
  • Demonstrating your knowledge of the functionality, benefits and USP’s 
  • Maintaining all records in Salesmate CRM 
  • Forecasting sales revenue to the Sales Director 
  • Playing an active role on LinkedIn and other social platforms to raise brand awareness 
  • Formulating compelling value propositions  
     


The requirements
You’ll have a minimum of 5+ years of software sales experience, SaaS or Construction is preferred, as well as…

  • Experience managing and closing enterprise-level sales  
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite 
  • Confident and proven negotiator 
  • Strategic mindset and high attention to detail  
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • A high degree of resilience  
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team  

This is a hybrid remote/office/field-based role where you’ll be required to travel to client meetings within the UK and abroad when required.
