Account Manager - Fire UK
UK Wide
Take your sales career to the next level with a market leader in digital healthcare solutions! Our client is on the search for a new Account Manager to join their ranks, manage a strong portfolio of accounts and build long-term, commercially viable relationships with key customers.
A bit about our client, and what they can offer you
We've partnered with a digital solution provider that is looking for energised people to help them tackle the ever-changing demands of the healthcare environment. Their strong heritage - and hefty market share - makes them an exciting place to continue your career in the acute care setting.
As you do just that, you’ll have access to competitive salary and benefits, including performance-related commission and car allowance. Opportunities for professional growth and development don't hurt, either.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets of our client’s healthcare fire systems by managing a portfolio of accounts, prospecting new customers, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and designers.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Achieve sales and profitability objectives
- Collaborating and assisting account managers when required
- Manage and develop your sales pipeline effectively
- Negotiate and finalise business contracts with both new and existing clients
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and seminars to potential clients
- Prepare and present business and account updates to management and clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK.
You’ll have experience selling fire systems ideally in the healthcare sector (if not the public sector).
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Proven experience managing several accounts as well as introducing new products bolstered by your excellent communication skills
- Skilled in adopting a consultative sales approach, focusing on guiding customers through the buying process
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience using CRM databases
- Energetic, self-driven professional with a strong work ethic and polished demeanour
