What you’ll be doing
Within this role, you will play a crucial role in the company’s success, through being responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships.
In short, you will be a trusted advisor for clients and ensure that the company’s products and services always provide the right solutions!
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Visiting clients and advising them on the comprehensive product range
- Identifying sales opportunities and turning them into tangible results
- Preparing visit reports and action plans
- Managing projects and quotations accurately in your Business Planning
- Transforming customer complaints into improved customer satisfaction
- Actively participating in sales meetings and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Cologne, Germany and open to travel, over 60% of the time.
You’ll have 3+ years’ experience in an outside sales role, preferably B2B.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a technical background
- A persuasive negotiator who knows how to win over clients
- Results-driven approach combined with excellent social and communication skills
- Flexible and strategic insight to make the most of every opportunity
- A team player who actively contributes to shared success
