What you’ll be doing
You will be a trusted advisor to the customer base with laser focus on strengthening those relationships and providing comprehensive and effective support. You will use your consultative and collaborate sales approaches to drive revenue specialising in power load and gas forecasting offerings.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Serve as your clients’ main point of contact
- Understanding client needs, objectives and challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Overseeing a portfolio of accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Managing the entire sales cycle
- Preparing regular reports on account status
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Developing and executing strategic account plans
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London and be comfortable travelling up to 50%.
You’ll have 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B environment with at least 2 years of experience in sales-focused account management.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience working in SaaS for energy markets
- A service-first mindset
- Consultative selling comes as second nature to you
- Comfortable selling and negotiating at executive level
- Skilled at describing solutions and respectfully challenging customer thinking
- Strong knowledge of Power Trading, relating to the Energy market
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
