Our client is an exciting vendor of solutions that enable drone technology to be leveraged in the AEC, mining, and waste management sectors. Their solutions - which enable data to be collected, processed and presented on-site – are making waves across the global reality capture space.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you'll work closely with the sales and customer success teams to renew existing customers, drive up-sell opportunities, and prevent churn in the DACH region. You'll also contribute to improving account management processes and scaling customer renewals, driving growth in Germany and surrounding areas.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Manage an annual quota, achieving growth and reducing churn targets
- Build strong relationships with hardware/software customers and channel partners, alongside the Account Executive
- Identify up-sell and expansion opportunities within existing account
- Negotiate contract terms with dealers, demonstrating value and ROI
- Educate customers and dealers on pricing changes and new product offering
- Align customer needs with effective solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients
- Manage low ARR churn within your account portfolio
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Germany.
You’ll have B2B SaaS experience with a passion for delivering customer value and driving renewals. You’ll excel at working with both channel partners and direct customers, navigating complex relationships to achieve growth and success.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
- Fluent in both German and English
- Proven ability to demonstrate product value in clear, relatable terms for customers
- Skilled in confident communication, negotiation, and overcoming objections
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas in a sales-focused SaaS or tech role
- Experience working with both direct customers and channel partners
