Do you have a passion for finding solutions? Do you enjoy healthy competition? Our client is seeking an Account Executive to join their growth-stage tech company in Madison, WI. This is a remote role, with tons of opportunity for growth and upward mobility.
The company 
Our client is a scaling tech company looking to grow significantly. Their SaaS platform connects Owners and AEC firms, solving real problems and delivering real value. Whilst the space is dominated by some of the very biggest vendors, they are looking to break the mould and provide a solution that can be bespoke to every end user.
The role 
Within this role, you will become a product expert and a trusted advisor to your prospects, presenting the value of our client’s software. Managing an entire sales process is second nature to you, from finding a new customer or working on a passed lead.
As well as that, your day-to-day responsibilities will include things like:

  • Executing engaging technical software demonstrations
  • Demonstrating value to key stakeholders
  • Managing both fast-moving and complex sales cycles
  • Exceeding monthly activity metrics, pipeline growth and revenue goals
  • Using an enterprise sales approach to prospective customers

The requirements 
3+ years of successful, progressive sales experience is a must, as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Proven success prospecting to potential customers
  • Skilled in using modern sales tactics
  • Experience with SaaS, AEC, PropTech, ConTech or Facilities Management software is preferred
  • Genuine interest in sales and creating genuine connections
  • A hunter mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a team-selling environment
