What you’ll be doing
You will work with the existing customer base to grow recurring revenue, identify and close new upsell and cross-sell opportunities and help to improve adoption across the Format Solutions product suite.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Grow recurring revenue and boost net retention
- Identify, target and close net new business
- Develop and execute engagement plans to maximise customer value
- Nurture deep, trusted relationships
- Lead business process reviews
- Manage client expectations
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the US.
You’ll have 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales, customer success or a similar role.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Business, Business, Agriculture Systems Management, Animal Science/Nutrition
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly to clients
- Proven ability to lead customers through large, complex projects
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the year
- An understanding of manufacturing concepts and ERP software
