Are you a fluent French speaker, based in the UK? Do you have a wealth of Construction sales experience? Our client is looking for you to join their tight-knit team and lead new business deals across the French market. 
 
The company
Backed by a fresh round of investment, our client is becoming a leading vendor for solutions aimed at accurately managing construction sites by mitigating inefficiencies and risk. Wearable technology in the construction market is still in its fledgling stages, however this company are already working with some of the largest contractors and engineering firms globally due to the quality of the solution.

The role
You’ll target new accounts and create the foundations for successful, long-term customer relationships. You’ll identify customer drivers and leverage the product portfolio to align with their strategy. You will bring a hunter-mindset, a sense of integrity, and excellent listening and negotiation skills to your stakeholder management.  
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a true product expert to provide customer guidance 
  • Providing unique industry insights 
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell 
  • Building and developing a robust sales pipeline 
  • Developing, hitting and sales targets circa $1 million 
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates


The requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a hunter and closer by heart. Other requirements include: 

  • Construction degree or MBA qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Proven success in B2B sales, within the Construction space 
  • Excellent networker and able to build high-level relationships at all levels 
  • Able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment 
  • A ‘big hitter’ with a demonstrable ability to exceed sales targets 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to drive innovation and come up with new ideas and solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare documentation and training
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Natural collaborator with high charisma
