What will your day to day look like?
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial sales role where you’ll take full ownership of growing our client’s footprint across the DACH region. Landing new logos, growing existing accounts, and helping shape go to market in our client’s most profitable region. A typical day might include:
- Building and owning a pipeline of customers
- Hitting and exceeding ARR growth targets by leading high-impact sales cycles
- Getting hands-on with customer challenges
- Helping to define and evolve the sales playbook
- Mentoring and supporting the DACH sales team as it grows
- Helping to hire and onboard new colleagues
You'll have a real seat at the table and the opportunity to shape not just your own book of business, but the company's presence in one of Europe’s most influential industrial markets.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have 5+ years of experience as an AE in SaaS sales
- Are a natural hunter/closer
- Have worked with SaaS solutions in the manufacturing industry
- Have built, mentored, or scaled product teams
- Can think on your feet in difficult situations
- Think analytically but act entrepreneurially (making decisions with both data and intuition)
- Are a strong communicator - sharp with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Can empathise with users and build tech solutions grounded in real-world needs
