The company 
Across the AEC and Owner and Operator industry, our client is committed to having open data at the heart of future buildings. They host a whole ecosystem of amazing open tools and products to digitise workflows and provide insights to the right people at the right time. Our client is deep-rooted in research, sitting them on the cutting edge of technology.
 
The role 
As an Account Executive, you will reach out to some of the most interesting players in the market, conducting consultative sales meetings and educating the market towards the next level of digitalisation. Your role will be sales-focused and measured on new logo and account expansion.
Other responsibilities include: 

  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Constantly learning about digitalisation, BIM, and the practical potential of it
  • Attending trade shows, and exchanging information with professionals from different companies and tech backgrounds 
  • Developing strategy and growth plans for new and existing accounts

 
The requirements 

5-10 years of experience in the industry, as well as… 

  • A strong understanding of BIM
  • Experience as part of a sales team, or you think this experience will help you grow as an individual
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Enjoys learning from others
  • Communicating in Flemish and French regularly
  • Confident communicating in English when required
