The role
As an Account Director, you will bring your hunter mentality to open new relationships with potential clients as well as develop existing relationships in an assigned set of accounts. You’ll be responsible for devising and executing sales strategies to maximise value and meet revenue targets.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Hitting and exceeding quota targets
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
  • Collaborating with Technical Advisors to present the value proposition and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Partnering with Customer Education Managers to identify opportunities for increased ROI
  • Delivering client feedback to product, marketing, and development teams
  • Attending trade shows and conferences to grow the customer base and market presence
  • Maintain a strong knowledge level of the company's solutions and services

The requirements
You’ll have 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, as well as:

  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts 
  • Experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise customers in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry 
  • Hyper organised and able to juggle many balls  
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear methodology for managing complex sales processes 
  • A strategic mindset 
  • An ambitious and driven individual  
  • Team-focused mentality  
  • Excellent networker and able to build high-level relationships at all levels
