This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Applications Specialist who has 1-2 years of experience in the medical imaging sector, or a radiographer looking to move into the commercial sector. We are working alongside a world-renowned medical imaging company that is looking to hire an X-Ray Applications Specialist to help sustain and continue their growth in the UK market.

The role

In this role you will become an ambassador for an advanced, state of the art X-Ray portfolio, you will enhance and develop your skills in the sector while working for a company that truly values the pivotal role you perform in their business. You will build strong relationships with our clients’ customers and support the sales team to provide excellent clinical and technical support. You will work alongside the Account Managers, supporting them to deliver a strong sales output for your region.

Through extensive training and development and utilising your clinical knowledge of ultrasound, you will be able to become a highly adept and expert Ultrasound Applications Specialist in no time. 
 

The requirements

You’ll be an NHS Band 5 to 7 radiographers or equivalent with a background in radiography.

• Degree level educated 

• A pro-active approach, with an open-minded and positive mindset

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate credibly when customer-facing

• Accustomed to the software/IT systems associated with Ultrasound

• Able to work in a commercial environment with the potential to influence sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Clinical experience working with ultrasound equipment

• Comfortable travelling regularly across the region

• A valid drivers licence  

This role is home-based, but you will need to be willing to travel within your region. Competitive salary with excellent bonus scheme and option for a company car or car allowance.
