Job description | After a record-breaking year and growth across the world, our client’s highly successful North America sales team is seeking a highly driven VP Sales to lead their ambitious growth objectives and continued success. This role is central to the achievement of the business as you continue to build and scale a high performing team whilst maintaining a culture that fosters collaboration, autonomy, and transparency. North America is the most profitable region globally and have been experiencing steady year-on-year growth (circa 20%). In this role, you’ll be responsible for a third of the company’s revenue and an extensive growth plan across North America. FMC Smart Industry has partnered with a market leader in the development of unique diagnostics and security software solutions, that enables partners and customers to safely dispose of and repurpose, old hardware at an enterprise level. You will be immersed in an exceptional work environment, with direct connections and collaboration with the other executives in the business. As a VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the sales business across North America (4 direct reports at Director level and a sales business of circa 15 below that), as well as managing and empowering each team member to achieve their goals.
