Do you have a passion for giving excellent customer service? Are you technically minded and have experience analysing data? I am seeking a driven, personable and self-sufficient individual to join a well-respected medical device organisation as part of the Uptime Support team.
Within Uptime support, you are responsible for ensuring that a diverse range of medical devices ultimately have the best running time within a hospital or healthcare environment.
This role stems around three main aspects:
This opportunity will allow you to build long-term relationships with medical personnel across the North East & Cumbria territory. Within this you will assist them with training and ensure they are using medical devices to the best of their capability and ensuring that patients always have access to them.
There is no medical experience required for this role as there will be 10-12 weeks of training given. During this time there will be occasional nights away from home throughout the UK as you complete the training needed for the role.
